The Mickey Amogh Foundation was born from a deeply personal loss. In 2014, Sweta and Vivek Sharma lost their only child, Amogh. Wanting his memory to inspire something meaningful, they began helping people facing illness and emotional challenges. Their efforts started in 2015, and in 2018 the foundation was officially registered under the Bombay Charity Commissioner.
Based in Mumbai, the foundation is a non-government organization dedicated to cancer awareness, patient support, and mental health care. What began as a tribute to Amogh has grown into a trusted organization supporting patients, caregivers, and families through guidance, awareness programs, and emotional support. With 80G, 12A and CSR1 certifications, the foundation remains transparent and accountable in its work.
For the Mickey Amogh Foundation, every conversation, support group, and act of guidance is a way of honoring Amogh’s memory by bringing comfort, strength, and hope to those who need it most.
